Kernel, chess game now working. Was gap where broken

I had a kernel panic for kernels between working version 
kernel-2.6.23-0.74.rc2.git1.fc8 and
kernel-2.6.23-0.101.rc2.git5.fc8
Both versions work so the regression was broken.

Also to the maintainer for the chess game which my granddaughter likes 
to play, it is now working also.
