- localtime clock support
- PS/2 and USB input devices
- lots of assorted bugfixes and cleanups
- documentation and localization improvements

Note that the daemon has been renamed, it's better to
stop libvirtd service before the upgrade. Otherwise kill
the libvirt_qemud process and restart libvirt service 
after the update.
