Most likely wine or one of its libraries is labeled incorrectly.  Look
in /var/log/audit/audit.log for avc messages.

Wine requires execmem and execstack privs, and all of its libraries
should be labeled with textrel_shlib_t.  If you send us the AVC messages
we could help you diagnose the problem.
