For the 2 packages with broken dependencies related to the KDE 3->4 move, there 
are already bugs filed:

This one should be as simple as removing a BR (kdebindings-devel) and 
rebuilding. (Krusader's use of kjsembed is mainly for debugging purposes, it's 
surely not worth keeping a kdebindings3 compat package. It's the only KDE 3 
kjsembed user left.)
