anacoda rescue broken Unable to find /bin/sh to execute!

I tried to load linux rescue using files in rawhide/images/pxeboot and then
use NFS it gives me a black and white screen asking if I want to continue,
read-only or skip.

When I choose skip it gives an error:
Unable to find /bin/sh to execute! Not starting shell

NameError: global name 'time' is not defined
Install exited abnormally [1/1]

Not sure how to tell what version this is.
