sata_promise.c patch from libata-dev.git#upstream

Dave,

Here is the pata drive on sata_promise controller patch.  It is the one that 
will someday find its way into 2.6.21.  Until then, please include this 
patch in the kernel build to provide pata drive support.  I would be most 
thankful.
