I was thinking it was using minstg2.img, but turns out that it uses
stage2.img
I was able to change rescue.py to sleep for 5 min while I looked around.
ps -ef shows:
/usr/bin/python /usr/bin/anaconda -m nfs://mnt/source/. --noipv6 --rescue
df shows:
/dev mounted as /dev
Nfs-server:/var/export as /mnt/source
/tmp/loop0 as /mnt/runtime and has the stage2.img mounted on it.

Looks to me like there is some little thing wrong with either anaconda or
rescue.py.
