FC7 Test2 can't be installed on vmware

It easy to say don't use SCSI, when you don't use it.
Does this mean I have to reinstall my whole Fedora devel-setup on my vmware?
And what about people who have Fedora 6 installed on a SCSI disk, do they
also have to reinstall  everything when upgrading to F7??
But what has changed? It works fine with slightly older kernel.
