Missing cron

While playing around with a full installation of the  Prime spin of 
Fedora-6.91 I noticed there are no job schedulers, except at, available. 
cron and anacron are missing. There is however a crontabs-1.0-14.fc7.

Is this deliberate or an oversight. Should I bugzilla it and if so against 
what component.
