hello,

Can anybody give me some help on burning CDs?

I got a PowerEdge 1950 machine
(service tag: 17p6tc1). I installed Fedora core 6 OS on it. I found that

I cannot use cdrecord to burn CD.

If I do:

cdrecord
-scanbus

I got the following messages from linux console:

If I do:

cdrecord -scanbus dev=ATA

I got

which means that scanbus can find two cd drive on this machine.

Then I try to burn a CD

 If I do:

cdrecord
-dev=1,0,0 image.iso

I got the following error messages:

cdrecord: Asuming -tao mode.

cdrecord: Future versions of cdrecord may have different drive dependent
