F8RC3 Intall fails on COMPAQ DC 7100

F8RC3 DVD install fails with transfer of install data to hard drive on a HP/COMPAQ DC7100.  DVD 
tests good.  Tried using the DVD as a repository for yum to upgrade an existing F7 installation but the file
structure has changed and it is not recognized as a repository.
