Name : xchat
Product : Fedora 7
Version : 2.8.4
Release : 6.fc7
URL : http://www.xchat.org
Summary : A popular and easy to use graphical IRC (chat) client
Description :
X-Chat is an easy to use graphical IRC chat client for the X Window System.
It allows you to join multiple IRC channels (chat rooms) at the same time,
talk publicly, private one-on-one conversations etc. Even file transfers
are possible.

This includes the plugins to run the Perl and Python scripts.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:

This update addresses a problem with XIM, the legacy X input
method mechanism, where XIM did not register the Enter/Return
key press because it was filtered by XChat. (SCIM was not
affected.)

Users of all input method mechanisms (SCIM, XIM, ...) are
encouraged to test this update and check for regressions.
