How does one enable livna development repo in rawhide?

To use livna in F8 Test3/Rawhide:
Download and install the Livna Release RPM.
Edit '/etc/yum.repos.d/livna.repo'
set 'enabled=0' in the '[livna]' section
Edit '/etc/yum.repos.d/livna-devel.repo'
set 'enabled=1' in the '[livna-devel]' section
