[F8] Boot fails on any second attemp, Network manager, general Java and WLan issues.

My computer once hang at reboot. ctrl-alt-f8 to the console output, it
seemed to be unloading the iptables kernel module? It was a very rare
case. I am running only tor server and ssh server.
