If it's the 5007 (see below) the only one supporting it out of the box
at this point is the Mandriva "one" CD and possibly other Mandriva
versions.  Ubuntu doesn't, PCLinuxOS doesn't, ArchLinux doesn't.

The chances are that it's AR5007EG card.  If so, then the link above
gives instructions that have worked for about 90 percent
of the folks with the problem. 

This isn't Fedora though, it's a Linux/Atheros issue.
