Can't start system-config-services

As of the updates this morning, system-config-services is now working.

Its a bug, Mike Chambers posted it to devel-list already and I see you have it
in BZ here already: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=440582

Configure them manually via chkconfig if you need to until fixed.
