rawhide new evdev 2.0.3 forces keyboard us

Apparently since my today update of rawhide that includes a new evdev 2.0.3,
my french keyboard is forced to "us" although my xorg.conf has not changed
and declares a "fr" keyboard. I will bugzilled this problem if it is not
already done.
