syslog broken in F10?

Anything to do with /etc/sysconfig/rsyslog?  It changed.  OTOH I did
not see anything like the above even before replacing
/etc/sysconfig/rsyslog with /etc/sysconfig/rsyslog.rpmnew but maybe
some old option in a combination with new binaries had such effect?
