kdelibs-4.1.3-4.fc9.i386 logout/turn off don't work after update

As Rex said, this is caused by the dbus-1.2.6 update, not the kdelibs
update. There's nothing which changed in that kdelibs update which could be
causing this, and the code which doesn't work anymore is in
kdebase-workspace (which didn't change at all, but it's using D-Bus which
did change), not kdelibs.
