Where has the F10 DVD iso file gone?

It comes down to this from where i sit, yes it can be a PITA to
install all the updates, but it takes a huge amount of time to run all
the test cases for the installs.  And then you have to track down
bugs. Other OSs will put out a new spin after a major service pack
milestone, but none of these are less then 6 months, many are over a
year.  In that time TWO releases are out.
