SDL_mixer needs to be respun

The current SDL_mixer in development is requiring libmikmod.so.2 and the
libmikmod provided by the libmikmod package is libmidmod.so.3. And so if
SDL_mixer is rebuilt, that should fix the problem with SDL_mixer and
therefore ppracer not being able to be installed.
