Interesting about the PPD file. I've waited up to 5 mins for the button
to come up and the "status" field is blank. Both of my printers are
network printers and they work fine from evince on F8. FF on F8 uses the
thunderbird like print dialog so it is not a fair comparison. The
printers also work fine in the Administration->Printers dialog.
