No bugzilla component for imsettings

When I went to search for existing reports on imsettings I wasn't able to
find it in the bugzilla component list. Maybe imsettings is really part of im,
but it isn't easy to tell.

The problem is that there is a problem with the (un)install scripts in version
0.99.1-1.fc9.i386 and/or 0.99-1.fc9.i386.
