SELinux is preventing plugin-config from making the program stack executable/seamonkey

[root at localhost ~]# setsebool -P
allow_unconfined_nsplugin_transition=1
allow_nsplugin_execmem=1
[root at localhost ~]# getsebool -a | grep nsp
allow_nsplugin_execmem --> on
allow_unconfined_nsplugin_transition --> on
[root at localhost ~]#
