cannot print, something wrong with cups server

Before I file a bug report, I report the issues to the
list so that others that have the same problem.  I
guessed I was the only one to have the problem and
just moved on, until finally it got to someone else. 
I would have gladly filed a bug report.  

Sorry but I got no reponses so I just waited for a
solution.
