qt-devel symlinks broken (rawhide)

OK, after removing qt and qt-devel I have installed them again using yum. This 
works for qt but not for qt-devel.

Going to yum cache and using rpm directly to install the package it segfaults. 
Now I have not seen this in a while. :-)

I am starting to suspect that something here is terribly wrong and I will 
reinstall this machine.
