qt-devel symlinks broken (rawhide)

You upgraded from the broken qt build, the one with /usr/lib/qt4/bin as a 
symlink. That build was untagged for a reason, and I wonder how you managed to 
get that build installed, because normally upgrading from a working version to 
the broken one errors out.
