Update Information:
Version 0.5.9.3 of the Deluge BitTorrent client adds some new features (such as
an "Add URL" from the system tray and ability to move torrents between
partitions). It also fixes many bugs, including some issues with files
larger than 2 GiB, some potential Unicode bugs, and improves handling of 64-bit

Update Information:
This update adds the ia64 secondary arch key as well as arranges GPG keys by
arch and refers to them by arch in yum repo configs. This allows the secondary
arch key to only be used on secondary arches and allows the fedora-release
package to continue to be noarch. Also this update changes the commented out
baseurl from download.fedora.redhat.com to download.fedoraproject.org.
