Earlier thread discussed this and response from Tom London:

"Reverting GConf2 packages "fixed this for me".  (I noticed some new
SELinux messages that may be causing this, and reported to dwalsh
already.)

I had other issues that reverting gnome-session and
gnome-settings-daemon fixed.....
