firefox after updates, asks for license agreement then bails out

I did accept the license agreement

I have checked the about box and it reports:

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9pre)
Gecko/2008051700 Fedora/3.0-0.63.cvs20080516.fc10
Minefield/3.0pre

Apparently all is well the date reflects that.  The
other firefox was not working.
