This is a minor nuisance and I am more than happy with the fact that I can 
boot without the nomodeset option. :-)
Nice work, BTW.

Clearly the X experience after the modesetting is awesome. I still remember 
when I tried to load the radeonfb module and X would hang when changing from 
the virtual terminals to X. (I tried this since at least FC3).
