Received your XO? Let us know!

Updated to the 711 and then wouldn't boot, Tried following the steps to get
previous OS:
To swap the "primary" and "alternate" images:

 - shutdown the XO
 - power-on *while holding down the* ' *O* ' *gamepad key*.
 - release the key when you're instructed to do so
Boots then all I get is one dot and it goes no further. So either upgrading
screwed something up or it was already messed up. When I first booted it
took a long time, close to 5 minutes, so I am thinking there was already
something wrong. Where do I need to return it? Thanks.
