Howto start Bluetooth Mouse

Check if your bluetooth service is running.

# /etc/rc.d/init.d/bluetooth start

This should put the bluetooth icon on the task bar if you have a bluetooth
adapter.

Also, check /var/log/messages to ensure your bluetooth device is recognised.

Then follow instructions provided by Will.
