Need help testing updates transition for 8 and 9

Imported the key OK and began the update. Then got a file conflict error

Test Transaction Errors:   file /usr/share/locale/ar/LC_MESSAGES/kcmlilo.mo 
from install of kde-i18n-Arabic-3.5.9-8.fc9.noarch conflicts with file from 
package kde-l10n-Arabic-4.0.5-1.fc9.noarch
