will texlive2008 be on F10, as one of the Features or is it too late

Dear fellow testers and/or developers,

I have a question regarding texlive.  TexLive 2008 was released recently and it might bring in new things that might not be present in TeXLive 2007.  Is it too late to bring in the newer packages and test them on rawhide?
