Well, it's not really the reporters' fault - aside from the ones who
think a typo on page 4563 of the latex manual is highly critical, it's
just generally impossible to know what to set for either field because
we have absolutely no policy on it. So there's no way to get it 'right'.
But I didn't want to go into that, it would just take up space :)
