It was for me.

It worked but it wasn't clear until it came to doing the download that it
was going to: the summary before confirmation to continue suggested that the
download was going to be the normal "full" size.

The final summary told me the download was reduced by 75% (from 13M to
3.4M).

Just waiting for next OpenOffice update now .... :-)
