notice to bugzilla package owners

All people managing packages in bugzilla please be aware that today's
ABRT test day (see below) may cause that a new bug reports will be 
reported against you package with "[abrt]" keyword in the summary. 
Please don't mind these reports, they should be closed automatically 
after the test day ends. These reports are just tests whether the 
plugin for automatic reporting into Bugzilla works.
