This worked for me (you should probably switch to a closer mirror):

> rpm -Uhv http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/updates/11/i386/rpm-4.7.1-1.fc11.i586.rpm http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/updates/11/i386/xz-libs-4.999.8-0.7.beta.fc11.i586.rpm http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/updates/11/i386/rpm-build-4.7.1-1.fc11.i586.rpm http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/updates/11/i386/rpm-libs-4.7.1-1.fc11.i586.rpm http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/updates/11/i386/rpm-python-4.7.1-1.fc11.i586.rpm http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/updates/11/i386/xz-4.999.8-0.7.beta.fc11.i586.rpm

yum update yum

rpm -e resource-agents

yum -y --exclude='cluster-glue*' --exclude='heartbeat*' update
