Unfortunate, because that means the work-around at

doesn't work for "an older rawhide" as explained here:

Conclusively, the only work-around for "an older rawhide" is _again_ to
fetch the fc11 RPM from updates-testing manually or by modifying the .repo
file for updates-testing or to download the files from within koji.
