2009-08-13: Fedora 12 Test Day - NetworkManager

I recently tried to use NetworkManager for the first time, when I went 
to research a problem with pptpconfig and discovered that it has been 
deprecated in favor of NetworkManager.  I couldn't get it to work 
because of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=515906.  It's 
going to be hard to test NetworkManager if basic functionality like 
editing and removing interfaces doesn't work.  Is this bug fixed?
