Is anybody besides me seeing folder highlighting not lining up with mouse in Thunderbird?

For over a month now, when I try to drag and drop a message into a 
folder in Thunderbird, when I move the mouse over the folder list, the 
folder that gets highlighted is several folders /above/ the folder my 
mouse is actually over.  When I let go of the mouse button, the message 
drops into the highlighted folder, not the folder my mouse is over.

I reported this in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=510207 
and there has been no action on it.  I also reported it upstream in 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=508385, and someone there 
said they don't see it in Ubuntu.

Is anybody else seeing this?  Is anybody using Thunderbird and /not/ 
seeing this?
