Questioned in the bugzilla ticket, but perhaps somebody else can
answer it, too:

| It is wrong for that symlink to be put into the base "enchant" package.

It is a reoccuring scenario that packagers (as well as users in bz)
override the Packaging Guidelines without adding appropriate comments
in the .spec file.
