Do you mean it is only the release note itself that is to be tested,
not the contents?

http://fedoraproject.org/get-prerelease  takes you to a page for
downloading F12 desktop

Clicking on "How to Try Alpha"
    clicking on "any of our mirrors" gets a Not Found message
    clickong on Fedora torrent server gets one that only has F10, F11
       and F12
    clicking on jigdo  gets a blank web page.
