enchant change (was: Re: rawhide report: 20091211 changes)

I filed a bug because it was missing  from the enchant package and was
making inline spell check not work in Midori.

Questioned in the bugzilla ticket, but perhaps somebody else can
answer it, too:

| It is wrong for that symlink to be put into the base "enchant" package.

It is a reoccuring scenario that packagers (as well as users in bz)
override the Packaging Guidelines without adding appropriate comments
in the .spec file.
