Hmmm, I'm getting weird transparency issues in the panels.

I'm using compiz and all other transparency issues are fine.

Initially, the transparency was all over the place, and after fiddling
with the preferences for the panel, it's at least a solid color, and the
transparency works for some parts, but no in empty parts of the panels.
