rsibreak causes kde 4.2 updates to fail from F10 updates testing

Another (but not quite as elegant) solution is to rpm -Uvh --nodeps the new
rsibreak, then rerun the yum update.

But all this should be moot anyway as a fixed rsibreak has been pushed to
updates-testing.
