Kernel boot failure since 2.6.69-0.18.rc0.git9

Hi.

Here's one more report about kernel bootup errors, as I've had no luck
with kernels more recent that the one listed in ${SUBJECT}. Below is the
dmesg output for this working kernel, and things stop after the system
identifies the CD drive. I've edited the output to indicate exactly
where. The next kernel I tried was from an update about two days later,
and that kernel and all subsequent kernels have frozen at the same
point. A scan through this list suggests that the following bug report
is close to what I am seeing:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=479525

Also, there is warning about a sleeping function called in an invalid
context, but given that this kernel came out during the initial 2.6.29
merge window I'd guess that this issue has been identified and resolved.

The machine running Rawhide is an older Dell Optiplex GX400, btw.
