can i download the F11 alpha "dev" spins without torrent?

  all of my *direct* downloads smoked right along.  but, for whatever
reason, torrent at this location is nad-grindingly slow.  i mean,
slooooooow.  so i'll take a direct download for those "dev" spins if
they exist.
