A GTK+ BitTorrent client with support for DHT, UPnP, and PEX

Update Information:
Deluge 1.1.3 contains many bugfixes, including fixes for enhanced support of
announcing to SSL trackers, a fix for an issue where the checking queue would
stop, and an issue with gettext that could prevent Deluge from starting
properly. Also, an issue has been corrected with handling of some third-level
domain names as tracker hosts (upstream bug #790). Please see the upstream
